What should I do if I want to modify my order?
If you want to modify any information about a “Pending” order, you can cancel such an order and place a new order with the correct information.
Orders with the status of “Authorized,” Dispatched,” or “Delivered” cannot be cancelled.
Why did my order get cancelled?
